Our Micro coil heater is annealed so that it becomes malleable and can be bent into any shape. We produce hot runner bushes with different cross section hot runner heaters with inner brass covering and outer stainless steel covering. The Micro Coil Heater is an efficient heater designed for use with smaller diameter nozzles and nozzle tips.

The heating element is usually made of nickel and chromium, which are strong metals that don't break down easily at high temperatures or when exposed to corrosion. The heater can achieve high temperatures in a short period of time and keep a consistent temperature throughout its length. The heaters are subjected to a very high pressure that guarantees high insulation, high thermal exchange, no internal gaps, and a perfectly smooth contact surface for optimal and homogeneous heat transfer to all parts of the nozzle.
