DHE offers a Coil Nozzle Heater that is designed to fit into the nozzle of a high pressure casting machine and plastic Process industries. The heating element is usually made of nickel and chromium, which are strong metals that don’t break down easily at high temperatures or when exposed to corrosion. The heater can achieve high temperatures in a short period of time and keep a consistent temperature throughout its length. The heaters are subjected to a very high pressure that guarantees high insulation, high thermal exchange, no internal gaps, and a perfectly smooth contact surface for optimal and homogeneous heat transfer to all parts of the nozzle.
