Ceramic Bobbin Heater

Ceramic Bobbin Heater

DHE offers Ceramic Bobbin heaters are a unique kind of steatite heating element that can be used to both directly heat air and indirectly heat liquids, air, and gases that have been inserted into radiation tubes. These tubes are inserted into the medium, and the tube is then fitted with a bobbin heater. In order to create the desired length of bobbin heaters, ceramic segments are assembled. Users can fit open heating coils in the recessed areas of the segments. Through this design, the heating coils will maintain good electrical insulation and be shielded from contact with the chassis.

Now it is simple to replace the ceramic heater without draining or opening the tank. The tubes come with a flange or thread for simple attachment as well as sensors, thermostats, or limiters that are integrated into specialized connection boxes.
