Mica Strip Heater

Mica Strip Heater

Strip heaters are a great way to heat small areas or surfaces without breaking the bank. They’re often thought of as part heaters, but they’re actually a simple way to use surface area to heat efficiently. If they’re used as radiant heaters, they have fins to make sure they use as much area as possible and heat is transferred to the air.
The construction of Mica Strip Heaters involves the winding of a nickel-chrome resistant ribbon around the mica insulation and the encapsulation of the ribbon in a stainless steel shell.
